Dr. brandon dreier
Dr. Dreier is a Stateline native, born and raised in Rockton, IL. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Dental School in 2013. Working for other private practices in the area quickly made him realize that he wanted to create a local dental office that embodied team work and a family feel. In 2017 he purchased Winter Dental in Janesville, WI. With community and family as his main focus, he has given Janesville a good old fashioned dental office with many modern twists. He is a proud member of the Rock County Dental Society.
In his free time you can find Dr. Brandon golfing, salt water fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and three kiddos. He also coaches his son’s sports teams, and you can find him cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals during baseball season!
Dr. frankie larson
Since joining the practice in 2018, Dr. Frankie has built lasting relationships with patients of all ages through her gentle approach, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles. In 2024, she became a partner at Dreier Family Dental, reflecting her commitment to the practice, its patients, and the Janesville community.
Dr. Frankie believes exceptional dentistry begins with listening. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for while providing personalized treatment using the latest advancements in modern dentistry. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to ensure her patients receive the highest quality care.
She is an active member of the Rock County Dental Society, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Frankie enjoys coaching youth basketball, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends. Whether she’s in the office or volunteering in the community, she is passionate about investing in the people who call Janesville home.
Dr. max mindiola dds
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Max Mindiola is excited to be back home serving patients in the community after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Max is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. He enjoys getting to know each patient and believes that building lasting relationships is just as important as providing exceptional dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Max enjoys staying active by playing soccer, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his wife, Grace, and their dog, Crouton. Whether they’re exploring local parks or enjoying time together outdoors, family is at the center of what he values most.
Dr. Max is proud to call Wisconsin home again and looks forward to growing alongside the Dreier Family Dental team while caring for patients for years to come.
Dr. guillermo aceves dds
Born and raised in Clinton, Wisconsin, Dr. Guillermo Aceves is proud to care for patients throughout the community he has always called home. He earned both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University, where he developed a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
One of Dr. Guillermo’s greatest strengths is his ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he is able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking patients, helping them feel understood, informed, and at ease throughout their dental visits.
Outside the office, Dr. Guillermo enjoys staying active through running and fitness. Having completed two marathons, he understands the value of dedication, perseverance, and lifelong wellness. He also loves spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their dogs.
Dr. Guillermo is excited to be part of the Dreier Family Dental team and looks forward to building lasting relationships while providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients throughout our community.
Dr. grant kosharek dds
A Milton, Wisconsin native, Dr. Grant Kosharek is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care while helping every person feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair.
Dr. Grant attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was a proud member of the university’s marching band. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, turning his lifelong dream of becoming a dentist into a reality.
Known for his warm personality and genuine ability to connect with patients, Dr. Grant believes exceptional dentistry begins with listening. He strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for while creating healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime.
Outside the office, Dr. Grant enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on Wisconsin sports, and staying involved in the community he proudly calls home.

Dr. kirstin Marcks
Originally from Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Dr. Kirstin Marcks earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry.
While she grew up in northern Wisconsin, Dr. Kirstin has long-standing ties to the Janesville community. She spent ten years showing animals at the Rock County 4-H Fair and has family throughout the area, making Janesville feel like home long before beginning her dental career here.
Dr. Kirstin is passionate about creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their smiles. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that trust and compassion are the foundation of exceptional dental care.
Outside the office, Dr. Kirstin enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Nathan, along with family and friends. She especially loves making the most of Wisconsin summers, whether that means relaxing on the lake or enjoying time outdoors.
